BP’s Melbourne corporate offices were using an ineffective Outlook-based room booking system which was struggling to keep up with the pace of the growing office. The system was causing problems such as regular double bookings and clashes, consequently creating unnecessary staff tensions and inefficiencies.
Following the integration of Concierge Displays ACMG10 solutions, accessing and booking meeting rooms became much more flexible, which made it easier for the team to book a room. Staff quickly became proficient at using due to the convenient and easy to use features. BP initially installed eight display solutions then as their needs grew increased it to 16 consoles.
BP has reported an improvement in staff communication, productivity and efficiency.
